We are VERY excited to announce that Sarah got her “Certified Distressed Property Expert” designation this past month. This is a designation that is new to the real estate market but is probably one of the most important designations for today’s market. Realtors spend a lot of time and money on classes and designations that don’t mean a whole lot to their clients. This designation Is respected by banks all through out this country. It was a two day class that went through the whole process of a “distressed property” and how us as realtors can help the home owners. It was definitely intense, and at times very sad, but well worth it!
