Cristen Treu is the Team Leader for Hampton Roads for Reynolds EmpowerHome Team. Living in Hampton Roads her whole life, Cristen Treu has a deep appreciation for the coastal Virginia lifestyle. Before beginning a career in real estate, Cristen attended Old Dominion University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. From there, while working for top Fortune 500 Companies, Cristen quickly learned that she had a passion to serve and lead others. During this point in her career, she led successful sales teams prior to entering into what she calls her “heart-residential real estate.” Since then, her work ethic and integrity have helped place her in the top 5% of reputable agents in Hampton Roads, and has earned multiple sales awards for her achievements.

Cristen enjoys getting outside and experiencing our state parks, the oceanfront, and new restaurants. She has a huge appreciation for the outdoors and enjoys offshore fishing and spending time with her family.
