We wanted to reach out as you have been in our thoughts lately! The love and positivity we feel from everyone is truly heartwarming!

We were talking with a few neighbors the other day, they noticed that Debbie was gone for a few days and asked where she was, she really appreciates your concern! “Team Mom,” as the team affectionately calls her, has taken some much-needed time to focus on her health. Over the last few years, Debbie has been trying to find relief for ongoing back pain. After failing to find a solution with less invasive surgeries she’s been preparing for corrective surgery for awhile now.

We are so glad to let everyone know that the surgery was a success and Team Mom has been doing incredibly well! She took just two days dedicated to rest after surgery and has been doing an amazing job keeping up with her physical therapy goals since! And just a few weeks ago she was fully recovered and was back to work serving families.

Debbie has been critical to our team’s guiding force of Culture & Giving! During recovery she took a moment to reflect on this: “No matter what status one has in life, they can give. Prior to having a team and having much in life, I gave. Giving is like breathing to me, it is a must for me in my life.” This is what inspires us to serve families and worthy causes in our community every day! It is a gift and privilege to be a part of something bigger than ourselves!
