Coming Together for Our Civil Servants

This Thanksgiving, Reynolds EmpowerHome Team is coming together to support federal families in our community who have been affected by the government shutdown. Many of our dedicated civil servants are facing a challenging holiday season after more than a month without a paycheck, and we want to help them enjoy a full, warm meal with their loved ones.

We’re preparing 100 grocery bags filled with Thanksgiving favorites and a $25 grocery gift card so families can share a joyful meal around the table. Federal workers can pick up bags on November 20–21 by presenting their Federal ID, no questions asked.

How You Can Help

We’re gathering non-perishable Thanksgiving staples like canned goods, stuffing mix, boxed mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, dessert mixes, and other essentials at our office in Chantilly.

Thanksgiving wouldn’t feel right without a turkey, ham, or whatever your favorite centerpiece might be, so we’re also welcoming monetary donations. Every dollar collected will go directly to these families so they can add their own holiday favorites or anything they need to make their meal feel complete.
