Outside Sales Agent (OSA)
- Motivated agent who is enthusiastic, passionate, & driven to create a positive experience for clients
- Consistently contacting and following up with potential buyers or sellers
- Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential clients
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
