Ligia attended the University of Virginia and received a B.A. in International Relations and Latin American Literature, and continued Business Education training at Georgetown University. Her strong liberal arts background prepared her for a wide range of leadership roles in retail/sales management, and for the last 10+ years, it has given her a leg up in property management.

Her education and professional background give her keen insights on how to best serve her clients. Ligia enjoys listening to her clients to fully understand their specific concerns and goals whether it is buying their 1st home or selling their current home to move on to the next chapter of their life. She has personally invested in real estate and understands the ups and downs of renting, buying, building, selling, and investing in real estate. Despite some of the hardships, she has fostered a love of all things real estate.

Ligia deeply values family life, cherishes her friends, and believes in the power of education. Originally, from Bolivia, Ligia has lived and worked in the DC Metro area for the last 30 years. As a first-generation immigrant, she believes that through hard work and determination anyone can achieve the American Dream. In her free time, she enjoys reading, learning, exploring, and traveling with her family, and taking her poodle, Enzo, on long hikes.
