“We had 28 homes sell in the 20105 zip code in January. We had 13 single family homes sell, 13 town homes, and 2 condos sell. The average days on market was 51 days and the average sold price was $565,348. Compared to January of 2018, we had 27 homes sell with an average price point of $539,550 and average days on market was 103 days. WOW! What a great way to start off 2019! Up on sales price, and down on average days on market. All really good signs, even with the government shutdown, our market is doing well.
