I’m so proud of what our team has sort of become know for in the market.  Have you heard?  Debbie has the buyers! For this special seller that was definitely the case.  We met with him, and he was excited to get started, we were to! We sent out the home to our database of buyers, and we ended up getting it sold before we went on the market!

 

Have you ever sold a home before?  If you have, you know how stressful it is to get the house ready, leave for so many showings, drag the kids and pets out, etc.  That is why we try our hardest to make it as easy as possible on our sellers, and try to get their home sold without the stress and hassle.
