“We had 15 homes sell in the 20152 zip code in January. We had 5 single family homes sell and 10 town homes sell. The average days on market was 46 days and the average sold price was $485,545. Compared to January of 2018, we had 32 homes sell with an average price point of $497,340 and average days on market was 65 days. There was quite a dip in home sales compared to same time last year. The good news is that the average sales price is holding firm, but less homes are selling. This is the case across the board in the zip code, which tells us people really love living in the 20152!
