We had 38 homes sell in the 20152 in October. We had 20 single families sell, and 14 townhomes, and 4 condos sell. The average days on market was 36 days. The average sold price was $589,827. Compared of 2017, we had 46 homes sell in October 2017. The average price point in October of 2017 was $556,224, average days on market was 34 days. all the statistics for Chantilly are pacing really great for the year! It looks like a slight increase in average price point, which is GREAT news, and days on market is holding firm as well. This is great for home sellers, and for home buyers as it shows great confidence in the area!
