Additionally, there's a bunk room with 4 bunk beds and two bedrooms with cozy queen beds. The master bathroom includes a shower-tub combo, and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, ensuring convenience for all guests. The tankless water heater guarantees a continuous supply of hot water. Relax on the large screened front porch, complete with a table, chairs, and ample seating for lazy afternoons of unwinding. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated stainless steel appliances and cooking essentials, and there is a dining area that can seat six guests as well as a folding breakfast table for two. A laundry closet with a washer and dryer is also available for guest use. While the backyard is not fenced, it offers outdoor seating and a charcoal grill.
