Elizabeth Falcon, or as her team family calls her, “Falcon,” is an amazing Realtor Partner and Area Growth Leader for Team Prince William Area. She joined our team 4 years ago, and even then, we knew she was going to make a HUGE impact! Her servanthood leadership style stems from her caring heart and drive to serve others. She is dedicated to her team’s success and provides support wherever she can, day after day! When she took on the role as an Area Growth Leader last year, she grew the South West Virginia Region by over 50% in the first quarter compared to the first quarter of the previous year—talk about a hard work ethic! She now serves 30-40 families a year and always leaves a positive impact that her clients remember for the rest of their lives! We are so proud of all her accomplishments over the last 4 years and are wishing her a very Happy Workniversary today!

JoanE Justice is celebrating her 3rd Workniversary with us today! JoanE is our AMAZING Expansion Realtor Partner in Richmond, VA, and 3 years ago, she pioneered the first expansion in our Reynolds Team Network by successfully taking our services to Richmond, VA. We have become the FASTEST growing team and most successful Keller Williams Team in Richmond, VA, thanks to the foundations she helped fortify.

JoanE is not only a dedicated and talented person, but she is also full of spirit, has a caring heart, and is always willing to learn and grow! She works hard to support those around her, which includes causes bigger than herself. Each year, she donates her time to participate in the DC Army Ten-Miler Race to help raise funds for the Fisher House Foundation—what a CHAMPION!
