It’s more than words, it’s ACTIONS…

They (ever wondered who “they” is?) say that you are the average of the 5 people you surround yourself with the most. At multiple times in our lives, hearing that can be quite the gut punch! But this morning, our team started their day with gratitude and started thinking about last week’s shoutouts on our daily Reynolds Team Family huddle.

Every morning we start our day together on a morning huddle, and one part of the huddle is to show appreciation for someone else on the team.

Yesterday, Realtor Partner in Atlanta, Andrew Groslimond, shouted out Sasha Hoptiak (Director of Growth) for doing an amazing job teaching and leading him through the Reynolds Team’s presentations and systems at onboarding! Andrew just “graduated” from Reynolds Team onboarding 6 weeks ago, and has already signed 11 listings implementing what he learned.

Then Realtor Partner, Bob Lamborn, also shouted out Sasha, as he had just executed something she taught on “showing our value,” which got him a listing he didn’t think he would get!

Last week, Area Growth Leader/Realtor Partner, Jovan Ruzic, was shouted out. JR was our “Top Dog” of 2020—he sold $40 million in real estate sales (plus he’s already helped 26 families this year alone), and not a week goes by where he doesn’t teach our agent partners personally!

Plus Area Growth Leader for Atlanta, Linde Moore, who leads one of the top 25 teams in the number 1 region of KW, taught how to win with multiple offers, which helped Realtor Partner, Chris Getto, get 3 buyer families to get under contract because he utilized what he learned!

Matt Ertter, our remarkable Chief Growth Officer, stepped in last week when one of our agent partners had a horrible experience with a listing appointment (whom we chose not to work with) and had another listing appointment right after that. She was upset (as any of us would be), and Matt got on the phone and gave her the BEST coaching, “You’ve got this and you are remarkable!”

Those were just a few of the things we thought about this morning during our time of gratitude, but we could seriously be typing for days the examples of how our team is truly the BEST at helping one another BE THE BEST! We raise the tide for one another, and ALL our ships go up!

We actually have been interviewing hundreds of agent partners to find our next set of talented people with a heart to serve, a humility to learn, a grit to never give up, and a person that comes from contribution to lifting all the tides with us.
