Our hearts are truly full. We have so much to be grateful for this year, and at the very top of that list is YOU! Through every market shift and unexpected turn, one thing stayed constant: your trust. You trusted us with your own real estate journey, and you trusted us enough to share our name with your friends, family, and neighbors. That means more than you know.

This year over 762 families allowed us to walk beside them through the buying and selling process, and your introductions were a huge part of that. We’re humbled and forever grateful for the confidence you place in us to serve the people who matter most in your life.

Your introductions don’t just help us guide first-time buyers into their very first homes or support families through tough negotiations. They don’t just help us celebrate big wins with neighbors and friends. They give us something even greater: the opportunity to Give Back.

As many of you know, giving back is our big “Why”, it’s why we got into real estate in the first place – it’s our guiding light. Every family you introduce to us expands our ability to support the causes closest to our hearts and make a meaningful impact in our community. Your trust doesn’t just move real estate forward, it helps us make a difference far beyond the closing table.

On the family side of life, 2025 has been a year overflowing with gratitude, growth, and those small everyday moments that remind me how blessed we truly are. George and I celebrated another year of marriage, and continue to be in awe of the life we’ve built together.

The kids are growing fast! Olivia is now in 7th grade and joined a club travel volleyball team this year. We are SO proud of her dedication, hard work, and the way she lifts up her teammates. Her heart for others shines on and off the court. Kaitlyn, now 10, has been loving her swimming lessons, and her favorite stroke is freestyle. Her creativity and curiosity keep us smiling every day while keeping us guessing what’s next 😉 Lincoln is now 6 and officially joined the same school as his sisters, which has been such a joy. He’s currently playing basketball and seems to be really loving it. He’s full of energy, laughter, and the biggest hugs!

This year also brought something new for our whole family: our health journey. We fitted our home gym with everything we need to build stronger bodies and minds, and we have done more workouts together this year than ever

before! We are committed more than ever to stewarding the bodies God has given us, and it has been transformational for our energy, confidence, and the family rhythm.

As our kids grow, our conversations about faith, purpose, and generosity have deepened too. Watching them consider how they can make a difference in the world has been such a gift, reminding us again that “to whom much is given, much is required.” We are so grateful for every chance we have to give back as a family.

This year we enjoyed a wonderful family trip to Sandbridge Beach, one of our all-time favorite destinations. We love the long days of sunshine, swimming, biking, and evening walks to the nearby ice cream shop. It’s a family tradition that fills our hearts and reminds us how special time together truly is. And being within driving distance makes it an easy getaway.

In Nigeria we were honored to be given Igbo names! Ezinwanne (“Ezii”) for Deborah: “beautiful sister with a good heart” Ikemba (“Ike”) for Steve: “the strength of a community.”

Another big highlight of 2025 was our first trip to Africa! We traveled to Nigeria for the wedding of George’s sister. It’s a true honor to learn more about the Igbo culture, a truly memorable and enriching experience! As we reflect on this past year, we’re grateful for these amazing experiences and the joy of watching our family continue to grow.
