Texas to Virginia!

Juni, our beloved Listing Marketing Director, decided last fall that she wanted to be closer to our team family here at our headquarters in Chantilly, VA. We were so excited to have her around the office full time, so we quickly got to work gathering homes that met her criteria. 

Moving from another state typically means that time to view prospective homes is very limited, and in Juni’s case, she had just one weekend to find “the one.” Two whole days were dedicated to viewing homes, and at the end of that long weekend, she and her husband decided to make an offer. Even in this crazy seller’s market, we strategically got them under asking price with a 30-day closing!
