Yesterday was one of the highlights of the year!!! My team and I can’t thank our VIP Raving Fans enough for their referrals last quarter. This phenomenal dinner was held at Ruth’s Chris Steak House to only our VIPs as our thank you for their introductions. Debbie, my team and I will treasure this night out with our VIP Raving Fans.

Who do we consider a Raving Fan?
A Raving Fan is someone who has introduced us to or sent us the information for someone who is looking to buy or sell a home.
Included in the Raving Fan Appreciation Program:
✰ Once a month you will receive a custom RED box on your front door – keep an eye out for it! Inside the red box you will receive a gift. We will make it fun each month, and there will even be opportunities to guess what it is.
✰ Every quarter we will have a smaller, exclusive event for JUST our Raving Fans – think spring family picture mini-sessions or Summer movie night!
✰ Each quarter, Debbie, Sarah, and our amazing agent partners will treat those who referred us that quarter to a special dinner!
So how does this work? For every introduction that we receive from you, you will be subscribed to our Raving Fan Appreciation Program for 6 months! If you send us two introductions, that means you have a year in the program: 3 introductions, 1.5 years, 4 introductions, 2 years, etc. Again, we are trying to REALLY give back and show our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to those who truly support us by introducing us to their friends and family.
We, of course, had to define what is an introduction. We define an introduction as sending us the contact information for someone that is looking to buy or sell a home in the next 6-12 months. We REALLY appreciate it when so many of you tell us that you gave our information to someone, but the truth is, we never hear from them.
We have found that people lose the information, or are so busy that they don’t have time to call. The best thing to do is to tell your friend, family member or co-worker that we will be reaching out to them to give them some free information about buying or selling a home. People love it because we are coming from a place of contribution! Then we will reach out to them. We are NOT pushy or in their face, we come from a place of VALUE and will send them some tips about getting their home ready, or buying a home, etc. Another super easy way to be counted as an introduction is if you send us and your friend an email introduction with everyone’s contact information – you truly look like the hero!
