Hello, it’s me, Sarah Reynolds. Happy TAX month! Yeah, I know you enjoy being reminded about that. I do have some good news though. I just put the finishing touches on this month’s HOMEWARD BOUND Real Estate News. In this month’s issue you will read about: a Special Tax Break AND How that tax break will help our Worthy Cause! And while I have your attention, we are still on a mission to raise $1,000,000 for Children’s National Hospital, Fisher House Foundation and MORE.

Children’s National Hospital is so dear to my heart. My daughter Olivia has childhood hearing loss, and the specialist for my daughter’s rare case is at Children’s National. Every time I go see her doctor, I look around and I see parents that are distraught. I see children that are literally fighting for their lives. The truth is that Children’s National Hospital only survives on donations and gives back to our community by literally saving children’s lives.

The Fisher House Foundation is another of our Worthy Causes, which provides housing for military families when their loved ones are getting medical treatment. Fisher House knows that family is the best medicine for our heroes, our veterans, that have served our country, and these heroes should not be pulled away from their family when they’re getting medical treatment. So the Fisher House provides housing for them and their family so they can stay together.

I’d like to say a huge thank you to our wonderful Raving Fans who continue to support us and introduce us to family and friends who are looking to sell a home. It’s because of you that we’re able to donate to Worthy Causes and impact even more families.
