We had 33 homes sell in the 22180 in October. We had 20 single families sell, and 7 townhomes, and 6 condos sell. The average days on market was 64 days. The average sold price was $740,519. Compared to October of 2017. The average price point in October of 2017 was $931,727, average days on market was 87 days. We had a decline in average price point because of what sold this October versus last October. Last we had MANY brand new homes close, whereas this October we had many “tear down” lots close, which will always bring down the average. If you look at each category separately you will see that we had a slight increase in pricing, which is great news!
