Tameka is a Realtor Partner for The Reynolds Team in Richmond, VA, that works with home buyers and their families. Her primary mission is to mentor her clients on the process of purchasing a home and get them to the finish line on reaching homeownership. Her servanthood mentality, coupled with her Real Estate knowledge and superior negotiating skills, put her best position to serve her clients. But not only this, she is genuinely passionate about helping others and has a desire to share her expertise with those that she works with due, in part, by her extensive background in the healthcare industry.

Scott Sinclair | Realtor Partner
Before beginning his career in Real Estate, Scott’s background consisted of more than 20 years of supporting various US government organizations, including the US Navy and the Marine Corps, with IT and cybersecurity technologies. He brings this unique and state-of-the-art customer service expertise from his past career to bear when working with his Real Estate clients. Following the example of his father, Scott decided to shift his career path to become a Real Estate Agent himself. As a skilled Agent in the sunshine state, Scott’s father taught him the honor of helping people accomplish homeownership, and Scott hasn’t looked back since.

Jennifer Lee Crotts
In addition to being the Richmond Team’s Office Manager, Jennifer Crotts is the Executive Assistant to JoanE Justice one of the top producing Agents with The Reynolds Team. In this dual-role, she assists JoanE’s clients by helping them navigate through the home buying and selling process and is a resource for all of our Richmond Agents and extended team members. When she’s not dedicating her time to serving clients of The Reynolds Team, she is devoted to aiding underprivileged neighborhoods and regularly orchestrates community events that help bring food, clothes, and educational needs to the doorsteps of the disadvantaged.
