In September of 2017, we had 31 homes sell, and the average price point was a bit lower. we are starting to see a softening in our market. The 22180 market is looking really strong compared to the same time last year. We are seeing homes sell faster and for more money. We are being sensitive to the overall market, as the overall market is softening, as inventory and interest rates are increasing!
